What an amazing Family Festival!!

Questionnaires and what you had to say.....

We have received a great selection of questionnaires

and here's just a selection of what people have had to say:

"Brilliant Fun, gorgeous weather. We had a wonderful time so thank you to all the organisers"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Good atmosphere, reasonably priced food, clean and tidy. Many thanks to all involved"

"A big thank you to all the organisers. It was a terrific weekend and your hardwork was really appreciated!"

"Excellent Community atmosphere with a stunning range of events and food outlets gave us a great choice"

This year’s Festival was the third since it began in 2005, and ran from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 June. The many highlights included an extensive range of activities and events for families, including a fly-past by The Red Arrows, concerts and family and teenage discos. There were around 150 activities on offer, and with dual themes of ‘Africa’ and ‘Monsters’, there were plenty of opportunities for visitors to let their hair down: everything from ‘monster’ fancy dress competitions to African dance, drumming and story-telling workshops, plus performances by the acclaimed Batanai and CK Gospel Choir.
