Festival fun for the children

Pre-School Bouncy Fun Day

Where: Cottenham Village Green
When: Friday 24th June, 11:00AM - 15:00PM
Details: Run by Cottenham Toy Library

Action packed fun for the under 5’s. The activities will include three bouncy castles, outdoor games and ride on toys, face painting and a tractor. Refreshments will be on sale: tea, coffee and cakes. At 11:30-12:30 Tatty Bumpkins will be hosting an introduction to children’s yoga; 12:30-13:000 there will be a puppet show; 13:00-13:30 will be story time and 13:30-14:30 Mr. Marvel will entrance you with a little magic! Entrance £2.50 per child, £5 for two or more children from the same family, under 1’s free. Face painting for all ages £1. Bring a picnic and join the fun.

Tatty Bumkins	11:30 - 12:30	An introduction to children’s yoga – suitable for the under 5’s. Included in the Pre-school bouncy fun day entrance fee.

Puppet Show	12.30 - 13.00	Paul from justpuppets.co.uk will entertain your little ones with his magical puppet show. Included in the Pre-school bouncy fun day entrance fee.

Story Time	13:00 - 13:30	A quiet half hour of fun and interactive stories in association with Cottenham Library. Included in the Pre-school bouncy fun day entrance fee.

Mr Marvell	13:30 - 14:30	Mr. Marvel’s Magic show – Puppets, Magic and more – see you little ones enjoy this hour of fun and laughter. Included in the Pre-school bouncy fun day entrance fee.

Mini Boating Lake		Mini Boating Lake Where: Cottenham Village College, Playing Fields When: Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th June Details: Age 3 to 10. See events listings for price details Have some Festival water fun and pedal around the mini boating lake. Situated at the back of Cottenham Village College, in the playing fields. If the weather is good, bring a swimming costume, towel and some sun cream! Run by Fun 4 Kids
Dino Den Bouncy Castle		Bouncy Castles Where: Cottenham Village Green When: Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th June Details: See events listings for price details Dino Den Bouncer - Just for 5's and under! This bouncer has a biff and bash pillar (bone shaped) inside a dinosaur mouth to jump through and a small slide. Megga Slide - For children of primary ages. Climb up a rope ladder one side and slide down the other! Assault Course - Absolutely Brilliant Fun!! Great for adventurous children. Has a slide, tunnel, biff and bash pillars and a bouncer area.
Kids4Arts		Kids4Arts Where: Cottenham Community Centre When: Sunday 26th June, 13.00 - 15.00 Details: Age 7-11. See events listings for price details. Medieval Drama Session. Warm up Drama Games - Have some fun ready to work up a small 'skit' based around Medieval History! Drama helps children with self-expression, team work, confidence and is also huge fun. No previous Drama experience needed! To pre-book call Sheila Gosling on 01954 250466. Parents are welcome to stay in the coffee shop next door, if you wish to leave your child please ensure you have completed the contact/consent forms. £2 per child, proceeds to FEFF.

		Quad Biking Where: Cottenham Village College, Playing Fields When: Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th June Details: Age 6 to 16. See events listings for price details 50cc kids’ quad bikes riding within a 20×25 meter inflatable barrier. Suitable for children and teenagers aged 6-16. The quads are safe and fun to ride on and run inside an inflatable barrier (20×25 meters). Helmets and fully trained staff are supplied. Situated at the back of Cottenham Village College, in the playing fields. Run by Fun 4 Kids
