Photography Law and FEFF 2011
The FEFF11 Committee has recruited a team of photographers to record the weekend's events for use on the FE and related websites, Facebook and Flickr photo gallery pages, in the media, including local papers and newsletters, and for other publicity purposes. None of the official photographers will deliberately intrude on your privacy. With your permission, a photographer might note your name should a particularly good photo potentially be of interest to the press; please see that as testament to your being so photogenic.
Points of English Law:
England has no personal privacy laws
Everyone can take photographs in public places of anyone
Photographs can be used for personal or commercial use
Photographer owns copyright and subjects have no claim and no "model release form" is needed.
Enjoy the Fen Edge Family Festival 2011 and if someone points a camera at you, just smile and say cheese! Photos will become available over the course of the weekend:
